Friendly and Professional

Mary really was a friendly professional who really helped me understand more about computer systems and technology as well as helping me install a new printer at my office. She helped me create a template which I wanted to use for my work and made it seem so easy describing what needed to be done in simple terms rather than technical jargon.Looking forward to working with Mary again to improve my computer skills as she is such a lovely lady and easy to talk to.
