I’m Mary, founder of iTworksFine. Having worked for over twenty years in both private and public sector corporate IT departments, I have gained extensive experience in the IT industry from training & supporting end users, to large scale network administration and project management. I enjoy helping people whatever their level of computing skills, enabling them to understand technology and making IT easy to learn and use. Think of me as your own personal IT department.

I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a member of The British Computer Society with years of experience in IT Service Delivery, so have a wide knowledge of, and expertise in, building, upgrading, troubleshooting, and providing user training for computers .

I offer a prompt, convenient on-site service with no callout charge in and around Wimbledon. So don’t waste time lugging your computer into a store and waiting ages for it to be fixed, or calling expensive telephone support lines and not understanding what they tell you to do – let me help you. Alternatively, I can provide remote support if preferred. I know how important it is get your system back up and running as soon as possible.

Reliable General IT Support
Before I met Mary, I knew absolutely nothing about computers. She has taught me everything I needed to know in order to run my small business more efficiently – how to create Word documents, templates and spreadsheets - and has advised me on the purchase of an appropriate laptop, anti-virus software and a printer. Friendly and Professional

Remote Support

Firewall issue sorted out
